Refund Policy

CigaretteSmokeless will give you a full refund if returned within 15 days of the original purchase date. For questions about this return policy, please email at support@cigarettesmokeless.com Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which the item was purchased. If the item was purchased using a credit card, for example, the refund will be credited to the same credit card.

Refund is limited with conditions to protect our company and to reduce fradaulent requests.

1. We will not refund you if you have already consumed more than 75% of cartridges in the shipped package
2. We require you to send an email to support@cigarettesmokeless.com with subject line ‘Request of Refund Application Form’
3. You must fill out the application form and fax to 1-888-517-8311 with requested documents
